Uruguayan Striploin — Specifications
The striploin (New York strip / sirloin strip) is a premium mid-loin cut prized for its balance of leanness, marbling and intense beef flavour. Frigocerro's Uruguayan striploin comes from grass-fed Hereford and Angus cattle processed at INAC Plant 014 under full DICOSE/SNIG traceability.
Available boneless, trimmed to 0 mm or 3–5 mm fat cover, vacuum-packed as a whole striploin (~4–6 kg) or portioned into steaks. Consistently graded for hotel, restaurant, institutional (HRI) and premium retail supply chains.
