Beef oxtails (tail of the bovine) are prized for their high collagen content, rich marrow and deep flavour that develops with slow cooking. Demand is strong across China, South Korea, the Caribbean, West Africa and among diaspora communities in Europe and North America.
Frigocerro's beef oxtails are sourced from grass-fed Hereford and Angus cattle at INAC Plant 014, individually processed under DICOSE/SNIG traceability, and packed fresh-frozen. Available whole or cross-cut (jointed) to various lengths per buyer specification.
